You can create a buy-low-sell-high trading strategy for any token pair onchain as long as the underlying tokens are sufficiently liquid.
I have yet to see any DEXs that let's traders do this onchain without any third party dependencies.
For anyone curious, you can experiment with the backtesting tool to see how your strategy would have performed using ~1 year worth of trading data.
