How do I deposit USD with Bank transfer (ACH)?
You can complete a USD deposit from your bank account to your OKX account using an ACH bank transfer. This payment method is currently only offered to our U.S. users who have completed verification and reside in eligible states. To initiate a transfer, you'll need to link your bank account via our trusted partner, Plaid. Once you've submitted your ACH deposit request, you can start trading immediately.
How do I make a cash deposit?
On the web
Log in to your account on app.okx.com, go to Assets, and select Deposit > US Dollar to initiate a cash deposit

How do I check when the deposited funds can be withdrawn?
When you deposit funds via bank transfer (ACH), the amount will be available for you to trade immediately. However, please note that these funds may be temporarily unavailable for withdrawal.
This's because there is a security hold placed on ACH deposits to allow time for transaction verification and fraud prevention. The hold ensures the bank transfer is fully cleared and secure before the funds can be withdrawn.
Once the verification is complete, the hold will be lifted, and the funds will become available for withdrawal.
Understand the security hold before continuing the transaction
You can check when your funds will be available for withdrawal by viewing the deposit details after completing your cash deposit. Simply navigate to Portfolio > select USD, then find the specific transaction to access the deposit page.
